We’re excited to share that our AI Concierge is now live at Sierra Life, the shopping mall within Casa Sierra developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society.



What we delivered

  • Seamless integration with estate services including the mall and car park

  • Elderly‑friendly interaction modes — simple language, clear prompts, and large‑text display options

  • 24/7 availability to complement staff and other PropTech solutions such as robotic patrols, IoT devices, and smart cleaning robots
